Most of Jubilee’s apartments are for households making 30% or less of DC’s family median income (MFI) and the remaining for 40%, 50%, and 60% MFI. Availability of units at each level varies; we may not have a unit available for your household income bracket at the time of your inquiry.

Housing for Returning Citizens

Jubilee Housing’s Reentry Program oversees housing and supportive services for women and men returning from incarceration.
