EucKal Project
The EucKal project includes two buildings: Euclid II and Kalorama. Both focus on providing family housing with multiple-bedroom units, and Kalorama includes an expansion for Sitar Arts Center on the ground floor.
OntKEB Project
The OntKEB Project includes two buildings: Ontario Place and King Emmanuel Baptist Church. The project focuses on providing transitional and long-term housing for returning citizens, as well as hosting our innovative aquaponics program.
Mount Pleasant Preservation Project
The Mount Pleasant Preservation Project includes three buildings acquired in partnership with tenants thanks to DC’s Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act: Richman Towers, Sarbin Towers, and Park Marconi. The properties will undergo significant renovations to improve the apartments, create space for supportive services, and gain access to subsidies that support affordability.
Jubilee Phase I
As part of our commitment to providing quality housing to our residents, the Jubilee Phase I project focuses on renovating four longtime Jubilee buildings in Adams Morgan: The Ritz, The Mozart, The Fuller, and The Marietta.
