“Jubilee has been an essential asset for the growth of my family in every sense of the word.” —Nancy, Jubilee Housing resident
Resident Services is guided by four key areas of support identified through Jubilee’s justice housing model theory of change: housing stability, financial security, health, and a sense of community. Our team of Service Coordinators is able to support these key areas in various ways, and is committed to doing so with a lens of cultural sensitivity, language justice, and compassionate care for the residents of Jubilee Housing.

Program Highlight: Build Credit with Rent Reporting
Rent Reporting
Jubilee Housing has partnered with Credit Builders Alliance to offer rent reporting to residents as a credit building opportunity.
With positive only reporting, participating residents’ on-time monthly rent payments are reported to all 3 credit bureaus.
In addition, Resident Services Coordinators can check in quarterly with residents to track progress towards individual financial goals.
