Youth Services

“Jubilee Youth Services has been a great place for me to go on field trips and hang out with my friends, but I’ve also been motivated to step outside my comfort zone and take risks.” — Antonio, Youth Services participant

Jubilee Youth Services provides K–12th grade after school and summer programs to youth in Jubilee Housing and the surrounding community. Early Start serves children in K–3rd grade, Activity Zone serves 4th–6th graders, and the Teen Center (TC) serves 7th–12th graders.

Across all three of our centers, our goals are to improve outcomes in the following areas: academics; health and wellness; community service; belonging; community building; and socioemotional growth. We do this by employing a youth development approach that aims to serve the whole child through strong relationship building and community focus. We provide students with the exposure, opportunity, skills and resources to become their best selves emotionally, mentally, physically, academically and spiritually.

In addition to gap funding, students become part of a cohort benefitting from mentorship through Jubilee’s Teen Center.
